| Like other enterprise design projects I’ve led, the Home Equity Transactions initiative entailed working closely with a broad range of partners – experts from business, technology, coding, marketing, and UX disciplines.
This ambitious project will massively upgrade the online functionality and features for HELOC account holders: transaction registers, filters, improved access to transaction history and statements, and an interactive demo all contribute to provide the customer control and access to their information. |

| Nicole Rivera was running for a seat on the San Francisco Democratic Party’s Central Committee. In a district as politically active as San Francisco, the race was hyper-competitive and Nicole, a young party activist and staffer for Speaker Pelosi, was looking for a website to help her spread her message and draw contributions.
I utilized WordPress as a CMS and focused on a bold color palette, large, simple controls, and an uncluttered appearance with a few bells and whistles to keep it interesting.
The site – part of a broad web strategy consulting I performed for Nicole’s campaign - stood out in the race, and she received numerous compliments on her web presence, and collected a substantial portion of her donations online using the site, together with a strategic email campaign. |

| In 2007, I had the chance to architect the deposit experience for Bank of America’s next-generation ATMs. With these Deposit Image machines, customers insert a stack of checks directly into the machine – no envelope – for quicker processing and credit to their accounts.
Working with tight deadlines and a team spread across the U.S., we delivered the new application – over 20 unique screens – on time, to rave reviews.
With nearly 8000 image-enabled ATMs now deployed across the US, Bank of America has the largest fleet of such machines in the hemisphere. |

This long-successful, 6-lawyer firm was in desperate need of a website that reflected their professionalism and values. With growth in personnel and evolving areas of practice, this structurally basic website serves as a means to: 1) Explain their expertise; 2) Provide basic contact means & information; 3) Put a face to an attorney’s name for new or prospective clients; and 4) Extend the successful and professional image the firm has earned through their many years in business.

The site contains numerous custom images and stylized details in neutral, muted hues, reflecting the serious but sophisticated nature of the firm.

This rapidly expanding Realty in Union City needed a central home to help market their inventory of homes, provide resources for realtors & home buyers, and to compliment their excellent print marketing materials.
Design Purity created a large and dynamic website that offered instantly updated information about markets, new listings, contact information, and community resources. Within weeks of launch, the website was the pride of the office and proved that a small investment can reap a large dividend.
