| Like other enterprise design projects I’ve led, the Home Equity Transactions initiative entailed working closely with a broad range of partners - experts from business, technology, coding, marketing, and UX disciplines.
This ambitious project will massively upgrade the online functionality and features for HELOC account holders: transaction registers, filters, improved access to transaction history and statements, and an interactive demo all contribute to provide the customer control and access to their information. |
