Nicole Rivera’s DCCC Campaign

| Nicole Rivera was running for a seat on the San Francisco Democratic Party’s Central Committee. In a district as politically active as San Francisco, the race was hyper-competitive and Nicole, a young party activist and staffer for Speaker Pelosi, was looking for a website to help her spread her message and draw contributions.
I utilized WordPress as a CMS and focused on a bold color palette, large, simple controls, and an uncluttered appearance with a few bells and whistles to keep it interesting.
The site – part of a broad web strategy consulting I performed for Nicole’s campaign - stood out in the race, and she received numerous compliments on her web presence, and collected a substantial portion of her donations online using the site, together with a strategic email campaign. |
