Account Management Kiosk

| The Account Management Kiosk was a unique chance to explore the porting of Bank of America’s existing online banking functionality to a touchscreen-based experience.
This R&D project, though ultimately never funded for production, entailed a great deal of research and demanded a number of creative solutions for delivering the complex environments of a keyboard and mouse-based interface on a touchscreen-based platform. |

| Multiple columns, Global Footer
This visual design mockup shows the three-column layout for the credit card sales area. Also, the global navigation elements are shown in the red footer. Global nav was placed at the bottom – rather than the top or along the left – due to the HCI issues of touchscreens; namely, right-handed people end up having to block their line of sight to the screen to reach buttons high or on the left of the screen. |
